The question was:  New bills introduced in the New Jersey and Pennsylvania legislatures propose to require that life insurance policies cannot be sold until which period?

a) 2 years after purchase in both states
b) 5 years after purchase in both states
c) 2 years after purchase in New Jersey and 5 years after purchase in Pennsylvania
d) 5 years after purchase in New Jersey and 2 years after purchase in Pennsylvania
e) Neither bill specifies a time period

The answer is: c).  The New Jersey proposal, AB 376, would prohibit sale of existing life policies until 2 years after the life policy purchase, but the Pennsylvania proposal, HB 2188, would prohibit such sales until 5 years after purchase. see related article here
