LIFA Adds Membership Categories 

The Life Insurance Finance Association is expanding its scope.

LIFA, Atlanta, a premium finance group, has been open to premium finance lenders and insurance producers.

The group now is opening up to “any organization assisting in premium finance business, such as life expectancy underwriters, legal counsel and other professionals,” the group says.

The group has added a voting membership category for premium finance lenders and others supporting the industry and a non-voting member category for insurance agencies and other organizations that support or participate in the industry without acting as lenders.
