The Employee Benefits Security Administration is conducting a regular, in-depth review of retirement plan participant contributions regulations.
The review, required by the federal Regulatory Flexibility Act, started in March 2006 and could be completed by December, according to EBSA, an arm of the U.S. Department of Labor.
EBSA lists work on the contributions regulation review in its latest semiannual regulatory agenda.
