A health account administration system firm is teaming with a benefits administration firm.
ConnectYourCare L.L.C., Hunt Valley, Md., a unit of Express Scripts Inc., St. Louis, will be joining with Workscape Inc., Marlborough, Mass., to help set up a health plan administration system.
The new system will be able to run several different health plans along with several different health account programs, such as health reimbursement accounts and health savings accounts, while presenting the same “look and feel” to the employee user, ConnectYourCare and Workscape say.
The system will be able to handle tasks such as claims substantiation and adjudication as well as employee communications, the companies say.
