A foundation affiliated with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota recently awarded $528,000 in grants.
The Eagan, Minn., foundation gave the biggest grants, for $75,000, to Ready4K, Minneapolis, a parent education program, and to Jewish Family & Children’s Services, Minnetonka, Minn., for a program that serves Russian-speaking immigrants.
