Personnel Changes: Assurant Health, Insphere, Others 

Assurant Inc. has named Adam Lamnin executive vice president and chief operating officer.

Lamnin previously was chief financial officer for Assurant Solutions and Assurant Specialty Property. Those businesses and Assurant Health are all units of Assurant Inc., New York.

Lamnin has a bachelor's degree and a graduate degree in accounting from the University of Florida.

- Insphere Insurance Solutions Inc., North Richland Hills, Texas, has hired Steven "Tyler" Norton to be a senior vice president for life insurance and annuity products.

Norton previously was chief distribution officer at Beneficial Life Insurance Company, Salt Lake City, Utah.

Norton has a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Utah.

- HRAdvance Inc., Dallas, a dependent eligibility audit firm, has named Dianne Geiger-Chin Loy to be a regional vice president of sales.

Geiger-Chin Loy has been a vice president at Aon Consulting, a unit of Aon Corp., Chicago.
