Companion Life Offers Dental Tourism Options 

Companion Life Insurance Company now can help dental policyholders get discounted dental care at English-speaking dental clinics in Costa Rica.

Companion Life, a unit of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of South Carolina, Columbia, S.C., says prices at the clinics are about 60% to 80% lower than prices at comparable U.S. clinics.

Companion Life’s Companion Global Dental division can arrange travel, make dental appointments, provide round-trip customer service, and even facilitate the scheduling of tours to rainforests and coffee plantations, Companion Life says.
