OptumHealth Acquires PPC Worldwide 

A UnitedHealth Group subsidiary has bought an international employee assistance program provider.

OptumHealth Inc., Minneapolis, says it has acquired PPC Worldwide, London, a multinational company providing work-life, well-being, personal development and other EAP services.

The 2 companies have worked together since 2005 and provide EAP services to more than 40 multinational companies, according to an announcement from OptumHealth.

PPC Worldwide provides services to almost 3,000 organizations in more than 100 countries, covering 3 million employees, the announcement stated.
