Amacore Overhauls JRM 

A health benefits program distributor says a key division will be depending more on an agent network and less on call centers.

The Amacore Group Inc., Maitland, Fla., says it is making the changes at its JRM Benefits Consulting Division to cut operating expenses.

JRM helps Amacore sell products such as dental discount programs, medical discount programs, limited-benefit insurance plans and final expense savings programs.

JRM already has started recruiting experienced agents, and Amacore says it expects to expand the number of products sold through the JRM agent network over the next few months.
