Arthur D. Postal is National Underwriter’s Washington Bureau Chief. He has covered Washington for financial services publications since 1986, and has been writing about insurance issues since 1989. Mr. Postal came to the nation’s capital after serving for 10 years as Financial Editor for a metropolitan daily in Baltimore for 10 years. He joined National Underwriter in May 2004 with the acquisition of Insurance Chronicle by the National Underwriter Company.
