The National Association of Health Underwriters has introduced a Wellness Certification course.
The 2-hour course can give brokers information about how to help human resources managers implement wellness programs, according to NAHU, Arlington, Va.
Topics will include communications, use of wellness and case studies, the business case for wellness, compliance and legal issues, participation incentives, and measuring return on investment, NAHU says.
