Managed Care Company Adopts HSA Partner

AvMed Inc. has agreed to offer health savings account services from HealthEquity Inc.

AvMed, Miami, a Florida managed care company, says it is introducing the AvMed Consumer HSA program, which combines high-deductible AvMed coverage with HSA services from HealthEquity, American Fork, Utah.

Program features include 24-hour toll-free access to live human beings as well as Web support, HealthEquity says.
